- 10+ Years of experience; Good domain knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) related products and data (insurance claims, payments) in Healthcare domain;

- Should have worked in Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, BI Reporting projects as business analyst

- Should have end-to-end understanding of data platform and Analytics systems

- Collecting, defining, and documenting business requirements related to Enterprise Reporting solution

- Work closely with Product owner, and other business stakeholders to suggest best possible process architecture and improvisations to IT team

- Analyze and evaluate large amount of data and current business processes a company has, identify areas of improvements

- Presenting ideas and findings to all stakeholders.

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

- Performing sanity testing, User acceptance testing as needed.

- Prioritizing initiatives/user stories based on business needs and requirements.

- Working knowledge of any agile tools like Jira/Confluence preferred, Creating User Stories, Epic etc.
