• 10-15 years Business Analysts  experience in Contract Lifecycle Management function.
• Familiarity with key CLM systems, including Sirion Labs.
• Serve as the technical expert for Sirion Labs CLM
• Conduct business analysis leveraging knowledge of Sirion CLM process designs, capabilities, architecture, data flows and integration
• Defines Epics/Features/User Stories and Tasks
• Prioritizes work per Release and Iteration and supports Release and Iteration Planning process
• Supports Configuration and UAT Testing
• Participates fully in Agile SCRUM activity –Planning , Build, Showcase, Retrospective

Job Duties:

• Interface with CLM executives, and help define key initiatives as part of CLM and procurement integration roadmap.
• Executive reporting including tracking execution against roadmap, and business benefits delivered
