Our organization is seeking an experienced Workday Support Engagement Manager to join our fast growing consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to educate end users about the advantages of our Workday products (Finance and HCM) and ensure they are satisfied with the solution as a whole. In this position you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the client while ensuring they understand how to utilize the overall Workday solution most effectively.
Responsibilities:
The Workday Support Solution Architect will provide services critical to maintaining and the increasing adoption of Workday HCM and Finance
The Workday Support Solution Architect will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to troubleshooting Workday issues through help desk support such as responding to help desk tickets and providing response to end users. These services are intended to be hands-on and directly work through the full Workday Support Solution Architect will be dedicated
Provide customer-focused inquiry and transactional processes, collaborate with the user in support of continuous improvement, and strategically advances the team to lead implementation, optimization, and adaption of Workday
Qualifications
Three or more years of related experience, including the delivery support through a ticketing services or equivalent support.
Proficient in Modules like Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Security, Recruiting, Talent, Time & Absence Management
Hands on experience in creating and troubleshooting complex integrations using Workday Studio
