- Need them on boarded by February, having a consulting firm (info beans) come onsite
- Hands on development
- Strong communications as they will be talking to consulting firm as well as leadership
- One Span is the authentication tool they are implementing
- Banking is a HUGE plus
- Django, React (java script) and Azure are needed
- Hybrid 1 day/week in office in Jersey City
