Director - Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing) 

About the Function :

Marketing teams mission is to turbocharge CleverTap’s growth globally by bringing in consumer insights and delivering magnetic experiences in all interactions with our customers and prospects. We shape cross functional decisions by partnering closely with leaders across functions such as Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success in addition to working with the CleverTap leadership team and founders. About the role :

As a Director, Performance Marketing you will be responsible for demand generation through CleverTap’s digital marketing efforts that involve organic, paid digital, paid social, ABM etc. You’ll lead a team of digital marketers and agencies that help us with these efforts. You will act as our in-house performance marketing thought leader and will leverage your experience and intuition to help navigate the performance marketing landscape and win.

What you will do :

  •  Build and scale Global Digital Marketing Demand Center for CleverTap
  •  Own the development and implementation of CleverTap’s organic, paid marketing, paid social, ABM strategy; presenting results to senior management
  •  Design and implement models which predict ad performance (ROI)
  •  Deploy, monitor, and iterate campaigns flighted on the major networks
  •  You will be responsible for content distribution, lead acquisition and conversion through digital channels
  •  Deliver Performance Marketing Goals
    1. Plan all web, SEO/SEM, ABM and Paid Social ICP targeted campaigns
    2. Execute - across all avenues
    3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
    4. Optimize - Own end-to-end email marketing and optimize campaigns to support funnel
      conversions
  •  Work closely with the field marketing team in the regions to support their demand-generation initiatives
  •  Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  •  Own, integrate and maintain the martech stack for CleverTap and drive optimizations
  •  Own end-to-end email marketing and optimize campaigns to support funnel conversions
  •  Work closely with sales ops and other cross-functional teams to support various initiatives that drive growth
  •  Run A/B tests, quick experiments and drive product-led growth initiatives

What are we looking for? Must have -

  •  MBA in Marketing from a reputed university
  •  10-12 years of experience in Digital marketing
  •  In-depth knowledge of SEO, Paid Digital, Paid Social, ABM and website analytics
  •  Experience of leading performance marketing teams for B2B SaaS companies (min. 2 years)
  •  Experience of planning and executing global performance marketing campaigns (min. 2 years)
  •  Functional: Team Management, Regular reporting with analysis, new initiatives, paid traffic performance (min. 3 years)
  •  Behavioral: Cross team collaboration, internal & external communication, problem solving
    Good to have :
    •  Working knowledge of of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    •  Experience in email marketing
