The Sr. ServiceNow developer is responsible for developing high quality solutions that meet customers’ business objectives. This role will define technical system requirements and develop innovative business solutions by creating new and enhancing existing applications. The Sr. ServiceNow developer will contribute to implementing platform applications and capabilities on multiple modules such as core ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and custom applications.

Leveraging the use of agile scrum methodologies, this role will work with the scrum team to analyze business needs, develop appropriate solutions, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Required:

4 years of proven ServiceNow platform development experience, which includes developing ServiceNow integration solutions with external applications leveraging custom and pre-built APIs

Working knowledge of ITIL processes, ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules

Intermediate level understanding of the key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions (SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST)

Extensive experience scripting using Javascript: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, etc.

Experience implementing and configuring, Inbound Email processing, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

Extensive experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, HTTP, XML)

Preferred:

ServiceNow Certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - (ITSM/HR), Certified System Administrator

Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology (Story estimation, Sprint cycles, Agile ceremonies)
