Should have excellent experience of Generic products marketing like Tablets, Capsules, Syrups, Pediatric Drops, Injects, Lotions, ORS etc
Should be Graduate/PG 5 to 10 years experience in Generic Pharma products
Should have handled Dealers, Distributors and CFAs
Should have good experience of appointing New Distributors and CFAs and handling them
Should be able to handle the Team (Medical Representatives, Business Development Managers etc)
Should have confidence to represent the company's products
Skills required : Leadership, Negotiation skills, problem-solving, inter-personal and Team-building skills
Should have analytical ability be result oriented
Should have good presentation and excellent communication skills
Should have excellent networking Dealers, Distributors and CFAs
