Role & Responsibilities: • Plan and execute Ecommerce sales strategy for growth • Annual planning, TOT budgeting, JBP and Activation for Ecommerce accounts
• Work on prefixed JBP to freeze Activation Calendar, business plan for the year. Align and execute promotions as per Ecommerce strategy and overall business plan
• TOT negotiation with new accounts to create a win-win deal.
• Listing of new products across Ecommerce portals
• Merchandise planning, identifying category gaps, monitoring category/SKU level performance to improve conversion across the funnel
• Monitoring and improvising the financial hygiene, profitability and service the Ecommerce channel with increased fill rate and reduced lead time
• Pricing, discount planning & promotions planning basis seasonality, inventory levels & competition to achieve top & bottom line with margin improvements
• Handling complete backend Assortment Build Up, Catalogue Listing, Inventory management, Payments, Financial Reconciliation
• Managing and improving inventory efficiency. Ensuring stock availability by timely replenishment; reducing surplus inventory.
• Periodic business review with Accounts - Visibility/ Fill-Rate/ MBQ / Market share
• Managing relations with accounts, conducting negotiations on costing & lead-time, coordinating with key people to ensure stock reaches fulfilment centres within delivery timelines • Liaising with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities to promote and get traffic on key products, price points, categories, curations & offers.
• Handling customer’s queries/concerns and providing timely assistance. Gathering insights on customer’s shopping experience and taking measures to better merchandise quality and the experience
