Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and pool talents predominantly from manufacturing industry for operations and factory manpower
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies as per the requirements
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions, especially for plant and operations
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
- Create and present KPI repor
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have knowledge and recruitment experience in FMCG sector
- Minimum 2 Years of experience and maximum 5 Years of experience in talent acquisition
- Must have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and MSW
