FOR NELAMANGALA LOCATION

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and pool talents predominantly from manufacturing industry for operations and factory manpower
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies as per the requirements
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions, especially for plant and operations
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Create and present KPI repor

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have knowledge and recruitment experience in FMCG sector
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience and maximum 5 Years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Must have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and MSW
