ServiceNow Developers:
• Experience with ServiceNow scoped and custom applications including at least 2 out of ITSM , ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC/SEC OPS
• Overall 3 – 5 years of development and administration experience
• ServiceNow Developers should have completed Certified Application Developer
General Requirements
• Candidate with active clearance. citizens preferred
• Experience includes at least three years in the US during the last 5 years
• Confirm identify with ID proof
• Recommend verifying Certification on the ServiceNow Partner Portal
• Interviews will be conducted over MS Team video calls, and will need the candidate to login to a ServiceNow instance to answer technical questions
Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product to include ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Business Management (ITBM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), and Performance Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method
• 3+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow
• Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Have an active Secret security clearance is a plus
• BA or BS degree
• CIS- IT Service Management, Certified Systems Admin or other ServiceNow certifications preferred
