- Exposure to ISO Standards and hands on experience in Implementing the ISO Systems from scratch
- Should Have hands on Experience in ISO 14001/AS9100/ESD 2020 and other Quality Management Systems
- Well versed with Best Manufacturing Practices and thorough with IPC Standards
- Should have leadership Qualities and personality should have lead by examples
- Highly Motivated, Positive attitude
- Should be able to motivate the team and lead by example
- Self starter and initiate Quality Improvement programs
- Should have implemented Quality Improvement Projects in the Past
- Should have experience in handling MNC Customers and Third Party Inspection
- Well versed with Six Sigma, FMEA, Problem Solving techniques, Process Improvement tools
- Should have handled Products in the Aerospace / Defence domain
