Position Summary
To be a driven Scrum Master who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in the area of pharma/life sciences (domain).
- Should Have Experience In Following Concepts and Technologies (mandatory)

Delivery Management
- Handle delivery on the latest open source and enterprise level cloud data technologies and platforms.
- Hands-on development experience of solution on cloud stack (e.g. Databricks, PySpark, AWS EMR, RedShift, Snowflake, IICS, Collibra etc.).
- Experience in design and development of ETL, data warehouse and analytics data store solution on AWS cloud environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Demonstrate technical leadership in Collibra implementation will be huge advantage.
Delivery
- Ensure delivery of technical engagements by exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide expert consultation and best practices to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare Estimation and Pricing for customer and internal projects
- Report/escalate to management and risk management.
- Cloud Migration project planning and governance
- Key focus on the strategic initiatives such as agile, cloud, infra modernization and test automation evaluation
Agile Lead
- Setting up scrum framework and organizing scrum events, facilitate Scrum Ceremonies incl. SoS. and perform PMO leadership role.
- Perform Agile & DevOps Maturity assessments / improvements.
- Monitor metrics, publish key reports and implement lessons learnt.
- Coach Agile practices up to Sr. management level and lead transformation program of Scale Agile framework.
- Stakeholder / Engagement Management.
- Lead Business case to POC development with Product Owners, Developers, Testers.
