JOB DETAIL

  • Build a long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market of Central India

  • Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt
  • Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing Society Developers / Leading Real Estate Service Firms such as JLL, CBRE etc/ Leading Architects and Planters organizations
  • In-depth knowledge base of the product lines and the associated target niche customers
  • Beware of the best use cases to align the product with customer need or generating appropriate desires for the product offering
  • Prepare and present impressive client pitches for our products lines
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets
  • Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and prequalification of leads
  • Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surface needs
  • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer s real-time needs
  • Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize brand visibility with, executives and professional associations
  • Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC\s and Fabricators
  • Meeting with architects (including Landscaping MEP), Consultant Builders interior designers for tracking of their ongoing future projects
  • Liasioning with the Government new infrastructure projects
  • Specifying products in Government Tenders through Architects
