JOB DETAIL

Description : As an Architect you are responsible for providing technical leadership to complex projects. You are expected have depth of knowledge of ServiceNow technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical soluti ons to proposals (RFPs). You should provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.

Minimum work experience:5 - 8 Years As an A rchitect you are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size complexity order-value projects.

You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.

You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements and should provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues Role Responsibilities:

# Lead the development and support of ServiceNow provide guidance, training, and support to IT and business stakeholders

# Participate in the research, analysis, and development of new applications and new modules in IT Service Management or other modules of ServiceNow

# 4 - 7 years ServiceNow specific experience # In depth understanding of technical architecture of ServiceNow # Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities

# Sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations # Hands-on experience in CMS(ServiceNow portal) and Service p ortal technologies # Custom app development experience

# Application (ServiceNow) Performance tuning experience

# Follows Best practices in ServiceNow development activities coding # Must have played a customer facing role with deep involvemen.
