This role will participate and lead a high performing full stack development squad which builds innovative solutions and customer experience for the organization. This role will work to help the squad prioritize, build, deliver the most impactful features and serve as a mentor to help guide and train other engineers on the squad as well as the greater team. This position will evaluate the needs, time limitations, and system limitations when developing software. This position must remain up to date on new technologies and software development practices and is able to translate these skills to their team’s deliverables.

Experience:

• Software development: 7 years (Required)

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of software engineering and object-oriented design principles.
• Competency in large scale solutions that solve real world problems.
• Demonstrable success in software development project delivery in a range of business domains.
• Proficiency in writing professional, documented, and well-tested code.
• Conversant on software and architectural design patterns.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of external and internal project stakeholders.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
