SFDC Salesforce Solution Architect

Remote with minimum client travel expected (under normal operating conditions post-COVID)
Once You Are Here, You Will:
• Identify and Align customer's business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and to construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution
• Build collaborative relationships with the business stakeholders sharing a commitment to their success
• Collaborate with Developers, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical activities and verifying that their deliverables meet the acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Salesforce Industries Leader and the Digital Advisor from healthcare to develop POC's, POV's and accelerators for the healthcare industry.
• Enhance and build development plans using a knowledge of core business processes within the healthcare industry and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce.
• 3 + years experience in Vlocity/Salesforce Industries.
• 3+ years experience - Omnistudio (Integration Procedures, Flexcards, omniscripts) 2 of those years' being within the healthcare Industry
• 5 years + years experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques
• 3+ years experience in Vlocity Platform Development.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification
Preferred Experience:
• Strong Preference for Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
• Sales Cloud Certification
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and understanding of software development process
