JOB DETAIL

  • Leads all professional event efforts around innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship and collaborates with Marketing & Branding Lead l Flex Workspace
  • Specialist in developing themes, topics, and calendars inhouse for clients.
  • Collaborates with an internal team and agencies to produce outreach and promotional materials for all Clients Center related events, such as flyers, emails, website calendar listings, and social media platforms.
  • Establishes relationships with conference partnerships and has a strong presence at all events.
  • Meets with sponsors and organizing committees to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, and/or to review administrative procedures and event progress.
  • Designs and implements efforts to publicize events and promote sponsorships.
  • Manages program logistics, including tracking speaker invitations and other correspondence, guest invitations, program attendance, catering, and assessing onsite needs.
  • Trains, and supervises volunteers and support staff required for events.
  • Conducts post-event evaluations and activities to determine how future events could be improved.
