This role requires you to be the owner of end to end HR works of the department assigned to work. Reporting will be to the department head and dotted line to Sr.director -HR.
- Work on end to end hirings.
- Be a SPOC for the department
- Liaison with Ops team for other works
- Attendance, Leaves, Appraisals
- Conduct HR interviews for Trainees till lead level candidates and finalise
- Offer Discussion and release of offers
- Induction sessions
- Onboarding Documentation
- Floor visits
- Employee Engagement Activities - Internal and External
- CSR
- Learning and Development
- Performance Appraisals process initiation
- Recommendation letters/communication and commitment signing etc
- Team Resignations, Terminations, FFS Processing
- Exit Interviews (Smooth exits only)
- Keep employees motivated.
