JOB DETAIL

The candidate will be inducted and trained to manage the Human Resources function of the organization.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

- Employee Engagement
- Creating job postings and putting them up online on job portals
- Advertising job availability through online channels and other social media and Talent attraction using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) for suitable job profiles with required skills

- Writing offer letters and participating in negotiation over salary and job duties
- Communicating by phone, email, and in-person with employees/candidates to figure out things Like HR issues, grievances and the availability and hiring timelines
- Interviewing potential job applicants to assess them on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics
- Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a written test or hiring for a trial period, etc.
- Database creation. And contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
- Assessing candidate fitment - Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing the behavioral-based approach and screening criteria defined by the client

- Networking with industry professionals to develop a network of potential candidates.
- Referral creation from internal and external networks.
- Creation of exceptional candidate experience - Being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care, and ensuring increase brand value of the organization.
