JOB DETAIL

             The role requires the candidate to with client on a performance reporting solution for a large wealth manager.

             The candidate will be responsible to understand and improve the existing implementation and identify gaps that need to be built in the new solution governance across the business and propose the Performance reporting Roadmap (Based on Phases Domains & Use cases)

             The candidate will act as a SME should contribute to the analysis of data requirements, data integration, and performing complex data mapping to capture securities and pricing data

             The candidate will work with business to define, collate and document the business rules for performance calculations for Various Asset classes as per preferred accounting method.

             Provide thought leadership to drive the functional requirements and implementation in collaboration with key data leaders

             Lead the efforts for benchmarking and gap analysis of various performance reporting solution.

             Leverage industry knowledge and experience to provide thought leadership and best practices to guide the client’s organizations in implementing Performance reporting solution.

             Conduct interviews with the business teams to understand the current state pain-points

             Responsible for assessing current integration landscape source and downstream fitment analysis

             Responsible for gap analysis and designing the future state to ensure that the solution fits with the ecosystem

             Create management presentations for Project progress, recommendations etc.

 

 

Must have - Technical & Soft Skills

 

             4+ years’ experience in Performance Reporting and aggregation solutions and projects

             Hands-on experience across leading functional implementation/ enhancement of Performance reporting solutions

             Must be hands to work and brainstorm on technical aspects of the solution with the data team

             Experience with Banking, Wealth Management and/or finance industry data

             Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

             Ability to inform, interpret, assess, and deliver thorough analysis in both written and verbal forms

             Good interpersonal skills in working with both onsite and virtual teams

 

Certifications (Preferred)

 

             CIPM

             Safe Certified Product Owner/ Manager

 

Nice to have

 

             Exposure to various ETL tools

             Knowledge of data modeling, data warehouse design, and best practices
