Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

 · Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

· Work with all stakeholders being impacted by business system and/or business process changes; where applicable; to ensure all changes are managed back into the business in a way that minimizes impact to the customer.

· Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.

· Understand current system and work with business on laying out requirements

· Participates in developing and/or modifying requirements, business design specifications, analyze the mainframe code and document the programming logic.

· Researches and documents business issues.

· Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.

· Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.

· Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.

· May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.

Requirements

 7+ years of exp 

US Healthcare domain experience 

Experience in Membership, Claims or Provider domains

Skills- Agile, COBOL, IMS, DB2
