We are looking for an experienced and result driven Salesforce Interaction Studio and Marketing Cloud Business Analyst dedicated to defining requirements specifically for SFMC and Interaction Studio platform and acts in a leadership role to provide guidance to developers, business stakeholders, other team members and writing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction studio related stories and also conducting the meetings with the business teams and stake holders for gathering the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assessing client requirements, making recommendations, and effectively communicating Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, Interaction Studio and other Interaction Studio and SFMC platform capabilities and limitations to clients.

· Work with clients to ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is taken care, and is closely monitored by working with the project teams.

· Provide a level of effort in estimates for the technical portion of solutions

· Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Ability to analyze, configure, test, and deploy quality, scalable and well-documented processes and solutions on the Salesforce platform

· Advise and recommend best practices and approaches on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction studio platforms.

· Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting

· Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/ Techno functional Salesforce consultant.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience working in Salesforce Interaction Studio and Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder

· Salesforce Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer preferred; Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications are a plus

· Experience with Advertising Studio, Audience Studio, Datorama are a plus

· Experience with setting up communication sends, content management, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud which includes but is not limited to the following:

o Creation and scheduling of automation activities in Automation Studio

o Creation and sending of email templates (HTML and Content Blocks) and mobile push templates

o Leveraging AMP script, JavaScript and other SFMC scripting languages for email and web page personalization
