Qualification - B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
Work experience - 13 - 18 years
NOTE : Only Candidates with experience in Highway / Expressway projects to apply for this role.
This position will be responsible for managing, supervising, monitoring, controlling and executing end to end project development activities which will primarily include:-
- Planning entire project management and development activities
- Executing entire project as per planning
- Monitoring entire end to end operational activities
- Ensuring high level of operational excellence as per the standard prescribed
- Supervising the site personnel and operational activities
- Maintaining all required statutory compliance as per the norms
- Coordinating with all officials / clients and other personnel for smooth execution of activities
- Coordination with all external and internal vendors for smooth operations
- Doing resource planning, keeping a close eye on any sort of pilferage and taking proper measure
- Maintaining high standard safety norms as prescribed
- Handling entire Project Management Team
- Reporting to management
Required Candidate profile
- The incumbent must have handled end to end large size projects
- Should have around 8 to 12 years of rich experience into Project Management
- Should have good Communications and Interpersonal skills - English and Hindi
- Should have good Team Management and Leadership skills
- Should have sound execution and monitoring skills
