Roles Responsibilities:
- Studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Prioritize requirements and Prepare SRS, Flow diagram, Functional Diagram, Mockups, Wireframes etc. for assigned services and projects.
- Construct work flow charts and diagrams; writing specifications.
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.
- Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Expert in MS office, Wireframing tools such as Axure, Omnigraffle, Visio etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
