Roles and Responsibilities

Provide in depth technical analysis to the internal NOC Level 1 and Communications

customers

• Escalation point for all technologies related to managed client network services
• Ensure achievement of contracted levels of performance by the proactive surveillance, event

control and escalation management of performance related incidents.

• Act as point of contact for client and internal requests
• Support of security, and other network faults (initial triage, and troubleshooting)
• Generating the documents such RCA, SOPs, Checklists, Architect flow, Network Rules etc.
• Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
• Provide training to operations team L1
• Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products
