Due to an enterprise technology refresh, our client is seeking a DevOps Engineer with AWS, CI/CD, and Terraform, Ansible, and Linux expertise. Their healthy growth also means growth opportunities for you, as well as learning and challenges in a collaborative team environment. This is a 9-month contract opportunity, and must be located near an office with a hybrid arrangement, including 1-2 days per week in the office (Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL, or San Francisco, CA).
What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of infrastructure and platform engineering.
• In addition, this position will deliver infrastructure as code, CI/CD patterns, containerization, CM (configuration management), servers, security and availability for a group of bright engineering-minded developers.
• You will analyze the health of the environment, the results of automated deployment scripts, as well as how user needs are being met and modify as needed.
• Keeping abreast of new technologies that could be implemented, is another important function.

What you must have:

• 7 years of experience as aDevOps Engineer 
• AWS
• CI/CD, Docker
• Terraform - including writing scripts
• Infrastructure as code /Ansible
• Linux Administration
• Excellent communication skills
