Requirements:

• Programming and systems analysis experience (2+ years);

• Experience with Microsoft .Net Framework, including Web Forms, ASP.Net, HTML, MVC, Visual Studio, C#,

VB, SQL Server, Database design and stored procedures (2+ years);

• Experience with APIs such as RESTful and SOAP, SSRS, JavaScript (2+ years);

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project) (preferred);

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, DevExpress, Entity Framework, BootStrap

(preferred);

• Experience with Vega web services (preferred);

• Completion of 60 semester credits to include 15 semester credits in a computer related field or completion of

an information technology certification program. Additional Programming and systems analysis experience may

substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work closely with SME from business operational areas, analyze and document existing business processes/

requirements by conducting meetings, interviews, and site visits as required;

• Translate findings into professional, clear and concise functional requirements, and create Use Cases to

facilitate user acceptance testing and training;

• Estimate work and establish priorities to allow for addressing production support urgencies while meeting

deadlines.
