We are looking for Netsuite Administrator with good configuration, integration and maintenance skills.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for solution engineering and recommending process improvements.
- Will partner with the Integration Team for automating interfaces between NetSuite and other key businesses.
- Will be expected to contribute toward optimizing and automating the companys financial applications landscape over the next few years by implementing and supporting scalable business processes to support the companys growth and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Sales to assess business requirements, and to formulate project plans to address the needs using NetSuite and compatible tools.
- Test and deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements to build configurable extensions to meet business needs.
- Manage requests for new features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests.
- Effectively partner with Managed Services Provider for resolution of production issues.
- Support the Finance / Accounting departments during the month-end close process
- Support IT Security requirements including managing user roles and user access to the system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite including hands-on implementation, integration, customization and support experience.
- Ability to manage projects and work closely with business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication written skills along with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Project Management experience
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of Accounting Principles and Manufacturing processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem identification and solving ability skills
- Work with users across the organization to solve data and technical issues
- Build maintain reports, saved searches, and user dashboards
