SourceDesk Global is one of the top digital marketing companies in North America with offices in India. We are looking for a UX/ UI Designer to join our team of designers passionate about creating the very best design projects for our clients.

As our ideal candidate, you are dynamic, results- driven and enjoy working in a fast growing organization. You will be involved in every aspect of the web design development process, from brainstorming, gathering user insights to building prototypes and user interfaces. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Work in a fast- paced collaborative environment with a team of developers, analysts and other business stake holders

Participate in various projects from concept to implementation. Design high- fidelity mockups to communicate concepts to clients and / or internal users

Understand project needs and determine feasibility of the designs provided

Translate requirements and mock- ups into responsive, architecturally sound HTML, CSS and JavaScript code

Create efficient and scalable web interfaces and identify issues with the interface, recommend and implement solutions that improve the design

Stay up- to- date with web design trends and technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

University/ College degree in Design (e.g. graphic, interaction, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience or related work experience

Portfolio of UX- focused work samples for web and mobile application

Familiarity with design techniques such as, storyboarding, user research and wireframes

Proficiency with design tools (Sketch, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)

Understanding of HTML and CSS. (You don t need to write code)
