It’s a brand new project with a new product line. Therefore, candidate must know where to get the data from (the old system), and transfer the data to (new system). For example, when you replace an old refrigerator to a new one, you must know not to put the milk into the freezer of the new refrigerator, similarly take out the lettuce from the produce drawer of the old unit and put in the same produce/crisper drawer of the new one, et.
Top notch personality (this is very important for the hiring manager)……candidate must be upbeat, jovial, personable, polished and refined.
Exceptional communication skills (this is a brand new project, therefore, this BA would need to interact with internal/external clients, various business groups, top executives, etc.
EST or CST candidates are highly preferred. But if you have a solid candidate from MST or PST, let me know.
