JOB DETAIL

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to implement a variety of human

resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important

functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development. If you are looking to

Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful

individual with a passion for HR. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly

and effectively to deliver maximum value to Sourcedesk Global as a whole.

Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one - dimensional. You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like

organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human

Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up - to - date and confidential. And you will also

act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR - related topics.

Responsibilities: Administer compensation and benefit plans.

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

Provide support to employees in various HR - related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict - free workplace.

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.

Undertake tasks around performance management.

Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, ing new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

PF, ESI and PT challan generation.

After selection of the right candidate, reference checking, checking the parity in the pay, issuing

appointment letter only after completion of all relevant docs. Issuance of confirmation Letter on completion of 3 months after taking HODs approval.

Providing the necessary tools for new joiners such as Stationery ,ID cards, Visiting cards, Bank

Account setup within 15 days after joining.

Maintain employee benefit administration such as leave records, ESI, medical and etc.

Attendance data maintenance from Biometric machine.

Regular follow up with vendors / Coordinate with advocate.

Drafting mails / letters for requirements for any employee.

Birthday mail to employees.

Assist in the development of new employees through a complete company orientation and by offering individual assistance to help clarify their job responsibilities and goal objectives.

To lead by example in all matters of discipline, respect to seniors, office timing, mail etiquette, so that every individual can learn corporate culture.

Language skills: strong verbal and written skills in English.

Related Education & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related curriculum

required.

4 to 6 years of Human Resources experience in a Multinational Organization.
