Ability to understand utility business and gather high level business requirements from different business stakeholders
Develop project scope based on high level business requirements, develop business case including project financials ( overall cost, benefits, IRR, NPV), cost benefit analysis, financial workbook etc.
Work with senior stakeholders on developing yearly business plan, initiatives, prioritizing initiatives, rate cases etc.
work with IT PMO to take initiatives / projects through stage gates in line with Client’s Solution Delivery framework
Good understanding of agile and waterfall project execution methodologies
