JOB DETAIL

Zonal Manager

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Financial and Business Objectives
  • Should be a potential Revenue Contributor and achieving the companies Target
  • Should be able to achieve the targeted Transactions
  • Ensuring for Smooth Transaction of existing Projects
  • Should be proactively collect the pending payments from the partners
  • Ensuring all the transactions backed up with builder confirmation within agreed TAT
  • Ensuring the smooth running of business through team
  • To be monitored continuous performance of Existing Team and proper handling of Team
  • Identifying the grooming the existing team to next team. Team Leading skills
  • Should be compliant and adhere to the companies process and procedures

 

Qualification & Requirements

 

  • Should be a Postgraduate or Graduate with similar industry experience
  • 7 11 Years Experience out of which at least 4 years as a Team Leader
  • Should be a good Team Player
  • Good Communication and Proactive
  • Self-Motivated and work with minimal supervision
  • Should have worked in Similar Industry or From Banking with Home Loan back ground is preferred (or)
  • He / she should have worked in Sales department with experience of handling DST / FOS
  • People with zeal to work under pressure and target oriented and ownership of business
