Job description:

Scope of Work.

The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the Department’s Office of Information Technology (OIT), Bureau of Enterprise Applications.

Contractor Responsibilities.

The Contractor’s Representative shall perform the following tasks, as necessary, to complete work assigned by the Department’s Contract Manager:

1. Perform maintenance and provide support.

2. Provide modifications and enhancements as identified by the Department’s Contract Manager.

3. Develop application components.

4. Perform configuration changes.

5. Perform systems analysis and design and program systems.

6. Provide user support and perform problem-solving activities.

7. Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, performance tuning, and

implementation.

8. Implement systems.

9. Develop technical documentation and provide software maintenance.

10. Develop test scripts to support unit testing and user acceptance testing.

11. Develop and maintain a test schedule.

12. Maintain testing log and produce test results report(s).

MANDATORY Technical/Business Skill Set Requirements ((must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks)

A bachelor's degree in one of the computer science fields or in management information systems, or four (4) years of work experience in IT,

systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.

Five (5) or more years of software development experience

Strong C#, Classic ASP, and ASP.NET skills

Experience with Web API, and Relational Database Architectures

Understanding of JavaScript and related frameworks

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in an Agile environment within small teams

Strong problem-solving ability

Proficient in the English language
