8+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years in Business Analysis and Functional Consulting on Salesforce
Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Communities
Experience in Salesforce Integrations with Legacy systems
Experience in designing OOTB Solutions & estimations of customizations
Strong business acumen to engage with all levels of a business and key stakeholders including – Product Owner, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Product Team, Tech Leads and Developers
Gather clients requirements and document business processes aligned to Salesforce functionality
Discuss and elicit under-the-surface needs and translate them into specific system requirements and user stories that clearly articulate the overall business requirements
Backlog grooming using tools like Rally or Jira Ensure MVP is captured fully per Feature any each Feature is sized correctly per MVP of the business ask
