JOB DETAIL

  • 2+ Years of Salesforce Solution Architecture
    2+ years of general software development
    Designing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with architecting SaaS based business solutions leveraging Salesforce platform.
  • Conduct research into customer use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,
  • Review solutions and recommending improvements
  • Understanding of SSO concepts and familiarity with SSO solutions such as Okta SSO
  • Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience building API integrations with SaaS based applications as ServiceNow, Salesforce etc.
  • Capable of designing highly performant data models leveraging relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with multiple development methodologies, including Agile, waterfall and modeling tools such as SPARX.
  • Preferred Cloud Platform Certifications (Azure or Power Platform or AWS)
  • CI/CD experience on application deployment and testing
