- Work closely with Business and IT Lenders and internal stakeholders by defining the scope, analyze business requirements, break them into high & low-level requirements.
- Consult with business process and functional unit owners
- Conduct workshops, interviews and white-board sessions to groom and outline business rules.
- Facilitate workshops, grooming sessions for complex business problems, identify opportunities and recommend solutions that enable organization to achieve its goals.
- Conduct gap analysis by creating As-Is and To-Be process maps using BPMN tools such as Luchid Charts, VISIO, Draw.io etc.
- Coordinate with UX Designers to get wireframes done covering desired functions and features.
- Document user stories with Acceptance criteria, prototypes, business value, Precondition and include any development and testing notes where necessary.
- Create high-quality agile artifacts to facilitate shared understanding of requirements including activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.
- Manage iterations by generating burndown & burnup charts and sprint reports to determine the team's velocity for a particular iteration and pick stories into sprint accordingly.
- Help the team understand requirements during planning sessions for better estimation of user stories the team would commit to, in the Sprint Planning Meeting.
- Assist QA team in creating test plans, Test strategies, test scenarios and test data.
- Groom requirements with developers, QAs to ensure clarity and accuracy of their understanding.
- Showcase completed user stories/ features as and when required to the project sponsor and stakeholders to get feedback and signoffs.
- Apply business process re-engineering methodologies for systems modernization
- Develops new standard operating procedures documentation and products
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, reports, spreadsheets, new operating models, and new workflows
- Creates methodology to measure process performance against established metrics
- Maintain knowledge and proficiency of best practices in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of state government or Healthcare
- Minimum of 8 years with business planning, business modeling, and business case development
- Minimum of 6 years with Business Process Re-engineering
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, TDD, and Cloud Computing Technologies
- Experience in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with Business Process Re-engineering software and tools
- Experience with Cloud Iaas, Pass, and SaaS
- Proficiency with JIRA ,MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS SQL
- Knowledge on Microservices, Application migrations
- Experience in Cloud migrations and Application modernizations
