- Experience as Web or Front-End Developer, preferably as a member of multiple UX teams.
- Fluency with HTML (including HTML5) and CSS.
- Fluency with native JavaScript and frameworks- including Angular JS.
- Experience with object-oriented development.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tag-based Web analytics solutions.
- Experience with high volume, mission critical applications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Play an active role in all aspects of defining the experience of a new application including identification of user needs, prototyping, iterative end user validation and testing/supporting produced code.
- Interpreting business requirements into effective UI and server-side specifications
- Definition, creation, production and review of user interface and usability requirements
