JOB DETAIL

  • Establish and keep good professional contact with prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements to make appropriate service proposals
  • Bring new orders and create new accounts by responding to product inquiries by a potential clientele
  • Take frequent follow-ups with the main focus on conversion
  • Identifying new leads by analyzing the current market trends and competitors activities
  • Build a strong business network for generating new leads
  • Initiate sales process and design proposals from client requests
  • Maintain a proper database of all prospective clients, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Achieve the assigned sales target and aim for the best possible results

Skills Required

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to communicate precisely and clearly with a potential client
  • Good comprehension skills- ability to clearly understand and answer client inquiries
  • Good composition skills- ability to compose a grammatically correct and brief written response
  • Should have basic knowledge about web hosting
  • Outstanding typing skills
  • Should possess effective sales closing and prospecting skills
  • Skilled in time management and immediate prioritization of goals
  • Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation
  • Ability to wisely approach potential clients confidently
