Communicate with clients through email and live chat
Improve customer service experience by understanding and emphasizing clients needs
Maintain attendance regularly, thereby accepting the daily schedule as assigned
Take complete responsibility for resolving challenging customer issues escalating when required
Determine customer needs and provide an apt solution
Focus on customer satisfaction by offering additional tools, services, and products
Skills Required
Ability to communicate well (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in communicating accurately and clearly
Good writing skills- ability to compose grammatically correct and to the point written response
Good comprehension skills- must be able to clearly understand and state the issues described/enquired by the clients
Having a basic understanding of web hosting is a must
Should possess outstanding typing skills
Rightly explain the knowledge of the Internet, milesweb.com website, and market competitors
Demonstrates adept knowledge of email applications
Excellent customer support skills, including owning a good focus on the customer issues in the fast-growing environment
Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a varied client base
Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation
Able to work overtime as needed - as much as 60 hours a week
A good problem-solver, decision-maker, and time manager
Should be able to prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance
Ability to tackle problems logically and rationally
