JOB DETAIL

  • As a member of the Infrastructure Shared Services Center, the Technical Support Administrator will represent his/her department towards the Business Units and project teams and will assure a determining role in Technical Support Administrator.
  • This position is responsible for maintaining the computer hardwares, system, services, and networks. To provide technical support and ensure the whole company runs smoothly.
  • The Technical Support Administrator monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
  • Install software, maintain, and introduce training as needed
  • Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
  • Maintain, repair, and upgrade the workstations operating system including hardware and software
  • Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
  • Support 1st level of Telephony System
  • Responsible for investigating and analyzing the application issues, gathering IT usage cases, advising recommendations for refining the organizational IT systems and carrying out daily configuration and installation of IT solutions and services
  • Manage and train the new Local IT Support team
  • Manage the Local IT Support Metrics and KPIs
  • Analyze and resolve the escalated issues
  • Gather the details and information for the Monthly report. Present the monthly update to IT Director and the Local IT Administrators
  • Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies
  • Develop and maintain vendor relations
  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field.
