Employee Relations and Engagement
Work together with leads, managers, and staff to resolve all kinds of employee relations difficulties while balancing the interests of all parties.
Make sure HR personnel promptly responds to employees requests and complaints.
Accountable for all employees successful onboarding. Check the retention and turnover rates for new hires.
Drive employee retention and engagement at every level
Talent Management
Lead and support organizational change within the scope of responsibility.
Provide role-specific support and expertise for talent management initiatives such as succession, performance management, employee engagement, appraisal programs and communications.
Develop robust PMS processes, including conducting evaluation processes on an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly basis to complete processes and drive the outcomes
Define Recruitment targets and KPI for the Job Positions
Payroll and Benefits
Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll & statutory compliance
Monitor the Employee benefits are delivered with high standards
Analytical Reporting
Identify and show trends in qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health and understand when data can help you make smarter, more informed decisions
Review and analyse talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention and experience
Track and report weekly MIS and analytics on employee retention, challenges and action plan progress
Prepare and monitor the recruitment monitoring dashboard
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 12 years of experience as HR Generalist in IT Corporate environment
MBA or any equivalent Post Graduate degree in Human Resources.
