Minimum 10 years of professional experience with Data Management technologies.
5-10 years of experience in big data database and data warehouse architecture and delivery
5+ years of AWS Redshift Hadoop NoSQL and other Open-Source data management technologies.
Provide data architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
Provide architectural assessments strategies and roadmaps for data management.
Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies issues and risks.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
Extensive hands-on experience implementing data migration and data processing using AWS services: S3 Kafka CDC processing Redshift Snowflake RDS CloudWatch Docker Lambda Spark Glue and soon.
Familiarity with the Technology stack available in the industry for data management data ingestion capture processing and curation: Kafka StreamSets Attunity GoldenGate Map Reduce Hadoop Hive Hbase Cassandra Spark Flume Hive Impala and soon.
Must have a good grasp of securing data in the cloud including systems with PCI PII and HIPAA related data.
Demonstrable ability to build manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
