JOB DETAIL

We are looking for an inspired and passionate Scrum Master to join the Agile Transformation team driving the implementation of the Agile values and principles in the company. Based in Manassas, Virginia, you will be leading the adoption of Agile methodology and Scrum practices for your teams to have effective ceremonies and solve hindrances preventing them from delivery. As a driving force of technological change, we operate in a true agile way, constantly looking for improvements to reach higher-performance and excellence. You will have a unique opportunity to expand your reach in terms of knowledge, network and building your expertise through SWIFT's global platform.

Additional Information:
- Works with a team of other 10+ Scrum Master and Agile coaches
- Scrum master for at least two teams
- Expected to be in person at SWIFT office 2 days out of a week

 

Certifications and Experience:
- Certifications:
CSM, prefer CSP-SM or PSM I, prefer PSM II
- Working experience and/or certification on Kanban is a plus
- Working or familiarity with Spotify model is a plus
- Working experience in SAFe is a plus
- Prior Agile Coaching, Project and Program management roles is a plus

Tool Proficiency:
- Working experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Outlook and other MS products,
- Working experience on collaboration tools such as Mural, Miro, Mentimeter and Slido
