JOB DETAIL

  • Hybrid  -  Need to come to office 2 or 3 days in a week – Wehawkeen-NJ/Newyork City, NY
  • Stakeholders –  Reporting  daily to Executive Directors  & Managing Directors

Job Description  :

  • Mandatory: Working functional experience of 7+ Years in respective functions mentioned below with PM/BA expertise
  • Mandatory: Working experience in Investment Bank/Wealth Management/Asset Management firms - operations/analysis/functional Testing/Conversion
  • Experience in data migration projects Banking PM preferred
  • Mandatory: Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills for reporting under pressure . should be  a self-starter who requires minimum oversight
  • Responsibility: Coordinate with multiple Senior stakeholders to  coordinate  & respond quickly
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Broadridge applications is an additional advantage ( IMPACT, GLOSS, CAGE, BPS, GLOSS, CARMA, FXL, etc)

Mandate

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading respective Ops Conversion , support WMAP Program Management to achieve conversion objectives
  • Capability Playbook: Responsible to ensure completion of conversion playbook
  • Scope: Ensure TDR/DR scope and verification setup prior to TG0. Communicate TDR/DR expectations and facilitates conversion support for capabilities
  • Define login/entitlement, data copy, and feature verification scope per app, while coordinating with respective sub-capabilities to ensure all conversion activities are prepared & executed in a timely manner
  • Pre-TDR/DR Execution: Align with Tech to confirm app deployments & coordinate with Capability owners for deployment verifications. Collect and distribute release notes to support switch over verifications process
  • TDR/DR Scope management: Align with Tech & Business to ensure app availability in line with Setup & latest feature deployments (post SIT Cycles)
  • Entitlements: Consolidate, submit and track approval of required application and tooling (Jira/Runbook) entitlements
  • Jira: Responsible for set up (including runbook alignment), reporting, and completion of TDR/DR activities
  • Runbook: Responsible for set up (including JIRA alignment), and completion of TDR/DR activities
  • Defect Management: Performs defect management according to the defect lifecycle process. Monitor defects and escalate according
  • TDR/DR Execution: Coordinate with respective sub-capabilities to ensure all conversion activities are executed in a timely manner. Manage the Troubleshooting & issue management process the sub-capability.
