JOB DETAIL

Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle operations and performance management.

  • Hands on experience in IT Ecommerce.
  • HR Responsibilities: Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations etc.
  • Administrative functions, Employee Verifications, Attendance Leave Management, Exit formalities.
  • Office Operation: Logistic Operation, Inventory Stock Management, Vendor Management (with price negotiation)
  • Ecommerce Operation: Order Management, Product Inventory Price Management, POD Update, Product Listing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any degree with 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills presentation skills.
  • Understanding of HR policies process.
