JOB DETAIL

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, B2B, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Must have bidding experience on Upwork, PPH and LinkedIn.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • To generate leads identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company s practice leaders.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as Report building, selling on emotion, building value in the product, and closing the sale.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.

Skills and Experience :

  • A candidate must have the excellent English communication.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
