· Technical Lead for .Net Version upgrade, .Net to .Net Core Migration 

· Lead the migration/upgrade design/remediate activities 

· Work modulation support for Scrum Master on design, development, and deployments in Agile fashion  

· Overall team coordination 

· Provide the deployment support & documentations. 

· Should possess the overall knowledge of application remediation / upgrade and functional and nonfunctional requirements.  

· Fosters open communication within and between teams that span business and IT 

· Communicates effectively with IT management and senior leadership, including providing overall application best practices 

 Qualifications: 

· 7+ (overall) design develop and implement .Net / .Net Core Web applications 3 + years of hands-on experience in migration/remediation, upgrade of .Net / .Net Core Web applications 

· Previous experience in remediation / upgrade / migration projects 

· Strong analytical and issue resolution capabilities  

· Strong presentation and communication skills 

· Strong client interfacing skills 

Basic Qualifications:  

· Familiarity with UpToDate .NET/.NET Core framework & related technologies  

· Degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred.
