Project Details:

·        This DevOps Engineer should be able to take tickets and look deep into the root of the problem to solve the issues within the call flow. (is it application issues is it database issue, production issue etc.)

How does this project impact the customer or business:

·       This role directly effects a customer’s ability to reach the call center that receives close to 1 million calls a day!

Must Have Skills:

1.       6+ years of DevOps experience.

a.       SQL exp (joins)

                                                               i.      Database queries.

b.       Linux environment exp.

2.       Exp with monitoring tools.

a.       AppDynamics

b.       Dynatrace

3.       Exp with Logging tools.

a.       Kabana

b.       Splunk (Pushing all logs to Kabana)

4.       CI/CD tools experience.

a.       Jenkins

b.       TeamCity

Nice to Have Skills:

·       Telco experience

·       Development support experience.

Education/Certification Requirements:

·       BA or master’s within Computer’s Science.

Day to day responsibilities/expectations:

·       Looking at tickets and creating solution for problem.

·       Work on how to put all requirements together

·       Pass requirements to off-shore team.
