Key Skills:

1. Bachelors degree with equivalent experience or preferred Masters degree.
2. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
3. Self-motivated with independent decision making capability
4. End to end ownership of deliverables
5. Manage various stakeholders, coordinate across businesses and departments.
6. Strong communication skills, Strong analytical skills and process orientation
7. Outgoing and ready to work selflessly with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment

Responsibilities :

1. Eliciting requirements and analyzing clients business processes, as well should have proficient knowledge of web and mobile based applications.

2. Creating BRD, FRD and SRS.

3. Proficient with User Story writing based on the BRD/FRD prepared for the requirements

4. Good experience with web and mobile development projects.

5. Conducting sessions/ meetings with the clients to ensure that all the requirements are met and signed-off successfully.

6. Should be well versed with the prototype preparation, documentation, user manual preparation

7. Should be well versed with the engagement models/process models for software development lifecycle.

8. Should have experience in wireframing and system designing tools.

9. Strong analytical skills with excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing skills

10. Coordinating and helping the sales team in bidding and preparation of the proposals.
